Requirements
Job Summary:
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
This role involves designing and implementing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, as well as integrating third-party services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules.
 • Develop and maintain Lightning Components and Visualforce pages.
Integration & Automation:
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and manage automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers.
• Ensure data integrity and manage data migration tasks.
Maintenance & Support:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce configurations and code.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and company
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
Experience:
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Salesforce SDLC.
• Experience in building custom Salesforce solutions.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Admin tasks.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
• Experience with APIs and data migration tools like Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
